Claimed on my clone phone policy and was sent a replacement S5 which was faulty. Contacted them again and they didnt have any S5s in stock after a lot of arguing they agreed to send an S6 which turned up covered in fingerprints and with an old screen protector under the new plastic film this was also faulty. They sell you this all singing and dancing policy but never make it clear that the replacement phone will be a used piece of rubbish . Avoid not worth the money

ee has good customer service but a very bad insurance company that is managed by Life Style Group.
Life Style Group has really very bad, useless customer service. They give no proper response
and no good communication between teams. It looks like a butcher shop not like a professional company.

Clone phone is a load of rubbish…You pay £10 a month to ensure you have 24 hour replacement should you have any problems. However the first time I needed to use this service I was told that there weren’t any replacement Galaxy S4’s in stock and that I would have to wait between 3 days and 3 weeks for my replacement phone (they had no idea exactly). I was offered an alternative phone of the same level, i.e. a Galaxy Note 2, if I wanted a Note 2 I would have had one instead of pre ordering and paying a premium (up front fee and line rental) to have the S4 the day it came out.

I had insurance 4 years ago which I cancelled. Orange claimed that I owed them £56 (which I didn’t as I no longer had the policy). They wrote a couple of times to me so I called and was assured that I didn’t owe the money.and I heard nothing more until a couple of weeks ago when I received a threatening letter from a debt recovery company asking for £286 (£56 plus an extra £230 ‘recovery fee). It’s crazy that they are still chasing this and ridiculously poor levels of customer service.
