It is now 3 months since a PC was collected from my home address – numerous promises to ring back, even from complaints department – computer sent to wrong repairer – other equipment not picked up as arranged – the worst service I have ever received, from any company – still no PC

9 months later, my insurance policy has expired and I still haven’t received the insurance, despite letters from Vodafone, police reports, receipt for new phone, countless emails. I would advise not to go with them.

Congratulations Sainsbury’s Premium Home Insurance, your appalling service has finally tipped me over the edge and driven me to cry today. It’s now 5 months since my initial claim and my bathroom now has more damage to it than when the claim started as a result of a catalogue of poor service Sainsbury’s has supplied. To resolve yet another problem that has arisen today, I’m now told I must speak to yet another, different, customer service person, this must now be 11th or 12th different individual I think? Quite frankly I am totally horrified that Sainsbury’s think that it is acceptable to charge or even have the gall to offer this level of shoddy service. I’ve discussed the continuing nightmare 5 month claim saga with friends and family and they are all utterly astounded by it. I am understandably now completely at my wits end. Their delivery to date has been worse than amateur and the title of “Premium Home Insurance” is a breach of trading standards.
