To say that I am disappointed with your company and your service would be an understatement. I have paid my monthly insurance for years and have an iphone6 that has 3 distinct problems : very low battery life , intermittent charging problems, and it sticks/freezes mid call.
In July I sent it away for repairs (paying an excess of £50) and it came back with the same 3 problems. I was unable to be without my phone through the school holidays and waited until Sept to claim the repairs under the 6 months guaranteed warranty. in the meantime I have dropped my phone and the screen is slightly damaged.
I am not asking you to repair the screen, only to repair the original 3 faults that were not fixed originally.
The likelihood of a phone being repaired and subsequently dropped and then presenting with the exact same 3 problems with no other internal issues, is so unlikely as to be “beyond resonable doubt”. As nothing is 100% absoloute this is the measure used in a court of law and yet “protect the bubble ” can refuse to fix their shoddy repairs on the back of this.
Anyone out there please, please dont waste your money on them, particularly as there are reputable phone repairers popping p locally everywhere. Why pay monthly for a service that won’t be there when you need it?

May 14th: Made a claim for dropped phone. No problems, all documents provided immediately. May 16th: Received email saying documents received, claim approved. Customer Service rep called me directly moments later, confirming a check would be expedited. May 24th: Rude, contradictory Customer Services reps transfer me around endlessly. One says “a phone was sent”. One says “we don’t have that phone”. One says “a check was sent yesterday”. One says “a check will be sent next week”. One says “I left a message with your daughter” (I don’t have a daughter!). Finally I give up, after being told someone is supposed to “call me” on the 28th. So, over two weeks since claim was made and Protectyourbubble is incoherent at best. Here is why I chose protectyourbubble, taken directly from their site: “you don’t have to worry about a costly replacement and can get a replacement phone within 24 hours of your approved claim”. Also, you can “check claim status online”. Is an insurance company allowed to publicly offer false information? I have it in writing. Even their customer service don’t know why it says “check your claim online” everywhere.
